INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Foreign investors with valid passports as prescribed

Foreign investors are guaranteed by agencies or organizations in Vietnam.

Have documents to prove that you are an investor. 
That document could be:

  • Business License/Investment License
  • Certificate of capital contribution/share in the enterprise; or
  • Other relevant document proving that the foreigner is an investment in accordance with the law on enterprises and investment of Vietnam.
